The location was perfect for our purposes and right across the street from the new section of Tuscan Village mall. I appreciated that the motel had a nice park-like setup, good for some quiet moments.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable in a pinch.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, flat-screen TV, and non-smoking rooms. The staff helped me find great local delivery on my first visit. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Great stay with friendly staff

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious King Room. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the presence of a microwave and refrigerator. It was a quiet place to get some rest, and the staff were really welcoming. However, the bathroom fan could use some improvement as it emitted a stale air when turned on.

I found the rooms at Park View Inn to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere. The attentive staff made my stay enjoyable, assisting with my needs promptly. The access to my room directly from the parking space was very convenient.

More amenities for seniors would enhance the experience.
